Jake and his colleague laid a beautiful grey bedroom carpet for us today. The whole service that Jake provided was outstanding. He was professional and super accommodating due to our tight schedule for moving house. He recommended carpets from his own samples, which we purchased rather than going to a national store, where we would have paid significantly more money with lots more waste. He came and measured each room and already had the carpets cut to the approx room size ready for fitting rather than him lift heavy carpet rolls throughout our home. Jake was very friendly and professional, he spent time going through the options of choosing a carpet and followed with a prompt competitive quote. I had both my bedrooms and stairway fitted with the same carpet and they look fantastic, I’m really pleased with the choice and quality. He was quick and efficient and did a brilliant job leaving the rooms hoovered and tidy. Finally I would like to say he also has a great sense of humour and would highly recommend him.

Jake kindly came to sort out some complex carpet at the top and bottom of our new stairs, after they had been installed. He managed to replace the carpet around the weird shaped wooden bits of the bottom of the stairs. And it was way better than I thought possible. Tidily finished, cleared up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Jake laid new carpets in 3 bedrooms, our living room and staircase. We are incredibly pleased with his communication, selection of carpets and service. He was competitive on pricing and made the whole process simple. On fitting day, he was incredibly efficient, tidy and paid high attention to detail.

We opted for a wool carpet with a weave and live in a very old house so we had an in depth discussion about how to lay the carpet so that it doesn’t look wonky. We are very happy with the result and will use him as long as he’s in business and we need carpets! Thanks Jake!

I highly recommend Jake as a carpet fitter. We have utilised his services three times over the past year, and we were extremely satisfied with the results.
